WOke up, rot.
1 left house.
went stag to find jielin&co.
crystal&co came.
went mama shop buy my bread.
went school.
damn funny. weiqin sprain ankle.
so she walk v slow.
so we took turns to piggy bag her.
lol. she's so heavy. HAHA.
training as usual was tough.
but it was fun :D
ran 3 rounds inside/active warm up/warm up.
sprints/staircase/ball handling.
cause it was raining, we went to range to train :D whooo.
got aircon :D yay.
vfunny when doing some drills. HAHA. laugh like madddd.
lol. after training,5 rounds outside school.
got the freaking stitch. D:
then nvr run fast. WTH.
Xinyi run so fast. haha..
